One of the easiest ways to fabricate oversized spheres and hemispheres is to make them out of acrylic. Fabricators love the versatility of Spectra Chrome – it’s the only product that allows you to achieve stunning metallic finishes on large scale, non-conductive materials!

The acrylic is sanded and primed before spraying our black basecoat. A brilliant, reflective layer of pure silver is deposited next. Finally, we applied our super-durable topcoat that can be tinted to any color – gold, chrome, and rose gold finishes were the perfect finishing touch!
