A satin finish of any color is easy to create; by simply adding a flattening agent to the final topcoat layer. Unlike traditional anodizing, you can achieve this finish over any substrate – not just metals! Here, we’ve masked off the lips and applied the flattening agent just to the surrounding area. You can produce a range of satin levels by adding more or less of the flattening agent to your topcoat mix.
